2. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, organisation details, billing address, tax information.
• Contact data: email, phone number, support communications.
• Service data: configuration preferences, logs, usage metrics necessary to operate hosting, email, VPS, and domain services.
• Payment data: transaction references provided by payment processors (we do not store full card details).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

• Service provision and billing — execution of the contract between BIG Clouding and the Customer.
• Customer support, incident response, and security — legitimate interest in ensuring service quality.
• Regulatory compliance — compliance with applicable legal obligations (tax, accounting, domain registry rules).
• Marketing communications — consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as the service contract remains active and for up to 36 months afterwards to comply with legal obligations and resolve potential disputes. Logs used for security are retained for up to 12 months.

5. Subprocessors and Transfers

BIG Clouding may rely on infrastructure and payment partners located inside or outside Ukraine. We only work with providers that offer adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) and limit processing to the purposes described in this policy.

6. Data Subject Rights

Individuals have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability where applicable. Requests can be submitted via [email protected]. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.

7. Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and organisational measures aligned with industry standards, including access controls, encryption in transit, network segmentation, monitoring, and incident response procedures.

8. Cookies and Tracking

BIG Clouding uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics or marketing cookies are only deployed with explicit consent. Users may configure browser settings to manage cookies, though essential cookies are required for account access.

9. Children’s Data

BIG Clouding services are intended for business customers. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 years of age. If such data is detected, it will be deleted promptly upon notification.

10. Updates

We may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Customers will be informed through the control panel or by email at least 15 days before updates take effect. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Supervisory Authority

Data subjects may lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian supervisory authority or their local data protection authority if located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with equivalent regulations, without prejudice to other remedies.
